They are about next to perfect as a reasonable person can expect. My wife and I were in the market for a pool for the past 5 years and we have had over a dozen people come to quote us on a pool. I avoided a lot of post-purchased regret, by not going with the cheapest or the most expensive, but getting it done right the first time. Finally, when it came down to choosing our contractor, we went with Scott Morey. He didn't try to talk us out of what we wanted, he did not change our initial design plans, we came out of the gate on "Go". He was honest, professional, fair, transparent and treated us like he'd want to be treated. Every week were communicated with on the next step. The workers were some of the hardest working guys I've ever seen. The dig to swim in 30 days is real. Have your money ready at each checkpoint and you'll be blown away at not just the speed of completion, but the quality of their workmanship. The amount of pool builder regret out there is alarming! Don't go with someone who is doing it for cheaper or someone who will take 3-6 months to finish your pool.
